| Sumario: | In recent years, freedom has been considering as one of the most important legal values, simultaneouslyhowever insecurity, disorder, violence and injustice keep increasing in our society. This lead us to think,whether or not any relationship exists between this ever increasing realm of freedom in which we live today,and the decline of other legal values and justice. Those amongst us who are dedicated to the iustheoreticaland iusphilosophical analysis of the law, have the imperative to start studying in depth the true meaningof human freedom as the legal value, to contribute to the recovery of law and justice.
