TheChristianity, by the exigency to his followers of freedom and rationality in his religiousadscription assumes like historical referent of the analysis of the problematicaroused in the democratic States to the hour to regulate the protection of the rightsrelated with the respect of the personal and collective identities and the observanceof the fundamental democratic principles in the social fields in that those express. La problemática jurídica implicada en la relación entre identidad y pertenencia,contemplada desde el ámbito de unas culturas diversas que se interrelacionan podríaformularse y sintetizarse a través de las cuestiones suscitadas en torno a la validezuniversal de los derechos humanos y al imperio de la libertad y la racionalidad enlas relaciones sociales.
