At the beginning an evolution of the previous pacts that would give the political and legal framework for the signing of the Chapultepec in 1992. This was signed by the FMLN guerrillas and the Government of El Salvador after eight years of negotiations is presented and ended civil war that left more than 75,000 murders. The core of the article follows the approval of the amnesty laws that ignore key elements entered into agreements aimed to eradicate impunity. Finally, 26 years after it implemented a model for Transitional Justice The state has been faced international demands that denote the breach made the victims of the conflict. In addition, there continue to be the date internal complaint that show how the center of the pacification of the nation was the victimizer, leaving aside compensation to victims. El artículo evalúa la protección a los derechos humanos que enfrentaron las víctimas del conflicto armado en El Salvador luego de la firma de la paz.Al inicio se presenta una evolución de los pactos previos que darían el marco político y jurídico para la firma del Acuerdo de Chapultepec en 1992. Este fue suscrito por la guerrilla del FMLN y el Gobierno de El Salvador luego de ocho años de negociaciones y puso fin a la guerra civil que dejó más de 75.000 asesinatos. El núcleo del artículo narra la aprobación de las leyes de amnistía que entraron a desconocer elementos claves en los acuerdos que buscaban erradicar toda impunidad. Finalmente, 26 años después de haber implementado un modelo de Justicia Transicional el Estado se ha visto enfrentado a demandas internacionales que denotan el incumplimiento hacia las víctimas del conflicto.
