Mancilla Monsalve, Jorge Luis 2019-04-01 https://revistas.unilibre.edu.co/index.php/dictamenlibre/article/view/5463 10.18041/2619-4244/dl.24.5463 It presents he development of applied research in the field educational theory supported by processes in communication, which allows the improvement of teaching strategies in the higher professional technical or tertiary level in education, considering the use of recognition patterns for the capture of emotions through the facial reactions of people, through artificial vision devices or cameras in the classroom, framed in biometric techniques. This process allows the capture of mood and disposition data; of qualitative aspect, before a style of didactics on the part of the students and with whose analysis it is possible to gather information that allows to adjust the processes of teaching and learning in the tertiary level of education, to improve its quality and impact in learning. The publication exposes the problem statement, the theoretical framework and the development objectives and methodologies for applied research, considering the tool for the implementation of the pilot or prototype of recognition and conclusions. Se presenta el desarrollo de una investigación aplicada en el ámbito de la teoría educativa apoyado por procesos en comunicación, que permita el mejoramiento de las estrategias de enseñanza en el ámbito superior técnico profesional o nivel terciario en educación, considerando el uso de patrones de reconocimiento para la captura de las emociones a través de las reacciones faciales de las personas, mediante dispositivos de visión artificial o cámaras en el aula, enmarcados en técnicas biométricas. Este proceso permite la captura de datos del estado del ánimo y disposición; de aspecto cualitativo, ante un estilo de didáctica por parte de las y los estudiantes y con cuyo análisis se logre recabar información que permita ajustar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el ámbito terciario de la educación, con el fin de mejorar su calidad e impactar en el aprendizaje.
