Sumario:The present article of reflection analyzes the circumstantial evidence and its importance in processes of Direct Reparation due to serious violations of Human Rights at the head of the Colombian State. The judge of administrative litigation enjoys a wide margin of probative value attached to sound criticism, which is "the judge's ability to give the evidence the greater or lesser credibility, according to its connection with the facts to be demonstrated and its ability to conviction "(Constitutional Court, 2017), thus allowing us to use different evidentiary standards to search for the real truth, without setting aside its position to criteria of certainty. In the case of burdensome behavior against human rights by the State, circumstantial evidence has become the most important standard.
