This develops one of the solutions of the Einstein field equations concernment to the Schwarzschild metric, but this time with cosmological and expressed in isotropic coordinates constant. The refractive index and symmetrical potential, which are characteristic for the study of gravitational lens parameters, are obtained. Based on this is obtained the deflection angle of a gravitational lensing by galaxy in the local universe with a cosmological constant in the vicinity of the lens. Se hizo un estudio detallado sobre cómo influye la constante cosmológicaen el ángulo de deflexión de una lente gravitacional por galaxia. Para ello se desarrolla una de las soluciones de las ecuaciones de campo de Einstein concerniente a la métrica de Schwarzschild, pero esta vez con constantecosmológica y expresada en coordenadas isotrópicas. Se obtiene el índice de refracción y el potencial simétrico, que son parámetros característicos para el estudio de una lente gravitacional.
