Sumario:A detailed study concerning the role of cosmological constant in the angle of deflec-tion by a gravitational lens galaxy was made. This develops one of the solutions of the Einstein field equations concernment to the Schwarzschild metric, but this time with cosmological and expressed in isotropic coordinates constant. The refractive index and symmetrical potential, which are characteristic for the study of gravitational lens parameters, are obtained. Based on this is obtained the deflection angle of a gravitational lensing by galaxy in the local universe with a cosmological constant in the vicinity of the lens.
