Sumario:The narrative of nursing is to write the experience of nursing in a meaningful and professional relationship with a person subject of care, at a time of care. This becomes a refiection on the nurses' performance in the act of care, considering this the supreme practice of professional nursing. This concept of care has been identified in the Theory of Human Care or Caring science by Jean Watson. This claims that it is necessary to rescue the human aspect in the act of caring, which is called Transpersonal Caring and is based on the Caritas process, determined by the connection beyond the ego, a connection between caregiver (nurse) and the person who receives care. This article leads to re ocess at a time of care, embodied in a nursing narrative.
