It was based on the perceptions that these health professionals had in relation with euthanasia and its legal development through the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and after the resolution 1216 from 2015 was announced. In the findings, it can be seen that there is a lack of greater pedagogy on legal developments, there are doubts as to how to proceed due to legal vacuums in relation to the handicap, children or people who can´t express their decisions given his current clinical status. There is no uniqueness about the procedure when the patient has decided to opt for euthanasia. Fears arise because there might be an abuse in the application of euthanasia when the motivation is different from altruistic motivations aimed to reduce suffering and strictly abiding by current standards. Finally, lack of knowledge arises in regard to be consciousness objectors. It was concluded that health professionals believe that euthanasia is protected as a tal right, knowing that it is just a procedure which is intended to protect the right to die with dignity.
