The Ministry of National Education, in accordance with the principle of equity and equality of the educational service, has as its goal the inclusion in the system of 100% of children and young people of school age; In response to inclusion, the Educational Institutions have been generating important spaces for the attention and support of children with learning problems, appropriating strategies or methodologies directed from personalized curricular projects to suply in some way the special educational needs with regard to achievement Of the minimum learning and psychosocial development of each student. . But apparently the education system has only focused on how to serve students with special educational needs - SEN, losing the focus of Why the increase in the rate of students with SEN? Starting from this last question the directors of the Institution have been restless and persuasive in relating this type of student with environmental problems, attributing principaly the fact to the use of inadequate agricultural and home made practices that put the prenatal development at itsown riske
El Ministerio de Educación Nacional, atendiendo al principio de equidad e igualdad del servicio educativo, tiene como meta la inclusión en el sistema del 100% los niños y jóvenes en edad escolar; en respuesta a la inclusión, las Instituciones Educativas han venido generando espacios importantes para la atención y apoyo de niños con problemas de aprendizaje, mediante la apropiación de estrategias o metodologías direccionadas desde proyectos curriculares personalizados. Con el fin de suplir de alguna manera las necesidades educativas especiales en cuanto al logro de los aprendizajes mínimos y desarrollo psicosocial de cada estudiante. Pero al parecer el sistema educativo sólo se ha enfocado al ¿Cómo atender a los estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas especiales - NEE?, perdiendo el foco del ¿Por qué el aumento del índice de estudiantes con NEE?. Por tal motivo los directivos de la Institución han sido inquietos y persuasivos al relacionar este tipo de estudiante con problemáticas de carácter ambiental, atribuyendo en gran parte el hecho a la utilización de prácticas agrícolas y caceras inadecuadas que ponen el riesgo el desarrollo prenatal.
