| Sumario: | The present research project is related to the entrepreneurship and the development of human capital, considering as a problem situation the lack of a entrepreneurial model designed and adjusted to the unilibrista philosophy and that is properly articulated with the ecosystem of national entrepreneurship that allows inserting with success to the university community in this commitment to the development of human and economic capital centered on entrepreneurial culture; for which it was identified as a general objective to formulate a proposal for a entrepreneurship model for the University Libre Sectional Barranquilla, which contributes to the productive improvement of human capital and allows the integration of the efforts of academia, the public sector, private sector and more relevant entities , for the generation of new ventures that contribute to the growth and development of the Caribbean region. |
