Sumario:This document seeks to build reflections from Complexity and Biology, that commonly approach the behavior of systems in an emerging, undetermined and discontinued mode, drifting away from the mechanic and linear main stream that has also permeated the study of Organizations. In this circle, the comprehension of some phenomenons of the Organization as a complex system, allows the buiding of new and divergent spaces for management and direction of the Organizations from a more aligned perspective with the dynamic and flexible nature of the environment and the universe.
