Sumario:This article presents the results of the research project carried out by the seedbed of Philosophy and Theory of Law of Universidad Santo Tomás, which aimed to investigate the incidence of the media in judicial decisions and their effects on the correct administration of justice. At the same time, the rehabilitation of the practical philosophy that has taken place for almost forty years has allowed us to reconsider the effective enjoyment of rights as the proper purpose of judicial decisions. These lines are dealt with in this problem.
