Sumario:Teacher training proves to be a focal point within higher education, including schools that train new teachers. This topic is central in Latin America and particularly in Colombia. It takes education as the engine of social transformation and where the teacher is a crucial agent of this situation. A research report outlining a proposal to address teacher training through the understanding of the school as a socio -spatial system from the reflection of the practical and pedagogical knowledge is presented. This hy developing two stages, the first, a foundation of socio -spatial category for justification to see the school and the second with a mediation with teachers in training for the consolidation of a teacher training module supported hy the proposed theme; this exercise is based on an exercise of hermeneutic interpretation and a qualitative - ethnographic approach. This is based on the thesis presented by the author to obtain the degree of Master of Education from Free University of Colombia.
