Camberos Sánchez, María Teresa The purpose of this research is to provide a review of the social representations of gender by employers regarding the incorporation of women into management positions at services companies in the labor market in Jalisco, Mexico. Research will be conducted following a qualitative paradigm and using the phenomenological approach. It will make use of in-depth, semi-structured interviews and employ quantitative data collection techniques applied to a random sample which, out of convenience, consists of men and women who employ human resources at services companies. The conclusions will be drawn after completing the field work and the final analysis of qualitative data gathered from the respondents' input. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar las representaciones sociales de género de los empleadores de personal, sobre la inserción de mujeres en el mercado laboral, a través de puestos de dirección en empresas de servicios, de Jalisco (México). La investigación se llevará a cabo desde el paradigma cualitativo, mediante el método fenomenológico. Las técnicas a utilizar son la entrevista en profundidad y semiestructurada, así como el apoyo de técnicas cuantitativas de recolección de datos, las cuales estarán dirigidas a una muestra al azar y por conveniencia a hombres y mujeres empleadores de recursos humanos en las empresas de servicios. Las conclusiones se realizarán una vez terminado el trabajo de campo y concluido el análisis final de los datos cualitativos, obtenidos a partir del discurso de los informantes. A presente investigação tem como principal objetivo analisar as representações sociais de gênero dos empregadores de pessoal, sobre a inserção de mulheres no mercado laboral, através de lugares de direção em empresas de serviços de Jalisco (México). A investigação será realizada a partir do paradigma qualitativo, através do método fenomenológico. As técnicas usadas são a entrevista em profundidade e semi-estruturada, bem como o apoio de técnicas quantitativas de coleta de dados, as quais serão dirigidas a uma amostra aleatória e, por conveniência, a homens e mulheres empregadores de recursos humanos das empresas de serviços.
