Sumario:Inequalities between the sexes cannot be rectified if not taken into account the social budgets that have prevented equality, especially the effects generated by the male and female division. The marginalization of women, thelower value of the work performed by them, their responsibility for housework, prolonged withdrawal from the labor market, insufficient training, the introjections of a single model  of femininity and the fact that, in many cases,they themselves do not recognize their status as victims of discrimination, requires an analytical perspective that explains the existence of violence, persistence and the complicity of the victims in their own perpetuation
