Ocando Ocando, Humberto 2014-06-01 https://revistas.unilibre.edu.co/index.php/advocatus/article/view/3578 10.18041/0124-0102/a.22.3578 This paper analyzes the system of comprehensive protection of human rights of children and adolescents, with the purpose of reviewing the legal order Venezuelan constitutional and legal recognition of the universality, progressiveness and preeminence of human rights, especially the respect for the rights and guarantees that assist as subjects of rights, progressive legal capacity, to the extent of their development as citizens. It uses the method of document analysis. We conclude that Venezuela faithful to the commitments made through treaties, covenants and conventions on Human Rights has been incorporated on children and adolescents the principles governing the doctrine of integral protection as legal rules through Law for the Protection of Children and Adolescents (LOPNA, 2007), with the feature of creating a national system for the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents, with the challenge of ensuring adequate fully effective protection of their rights human Este artículo analiza el sistema de protección integral de los Derechos Humanos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes, con el propósito de revisar el orden jurídico constitucional y legal venezolano en el reconocimiento de la universalidad, progresividad y preeminencia de los Derechos Humanos, en especial al respeto de los derechos y garantías que le asisten como sujetos de derechos, con capacidad jurídica progresiva, en la medida de su desarrollo integral como ciudadanos. Se utiliza el método del análisis documental. Se concluye que Venezuela –fiel a los compromisos adquiridos a través de tratados, pactos y convenios relativos a Derechos Humanos– ha incorporado en materia de niños, niñas y adolescentes los principios que rigen a la doctrina de protección integral como normas jurídicas a través de la Ley Orgánica para la Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes (LOPNA, 2007), con la característica de creación de un Sistema Rector Nacional para su Protección Integral, con el desafío de garantizar plenamente la debida tutela efectiva de sus Derechos Humanos. application/pdf spa Universidad Libre https://revistas.unilibre.edu.co/index.php/advocatus/article/view/3578/2976 /*ref*/CASAL, Jesús María.
