Through the presentation of the arguments that were the basis for the implementation of the rule of contemporary law, you can glimpse the role in such systems is offered to the individual as well as the risks from theoretical positions they profess such a concept in current system En el presente artículo se habla del papel de la persona humana dentro del Estado Social de Derecho, lo que involucra una remembranza del deber que les es propio a las instituciones públicas, en todos los órdenes, de velar en todo momento por la primacía de los derechos que competen a la dignidad humana.
