Sumario:The work process is aimed at guaranteeing the effectiveness of the substantive right, in a half-to-end relationship, in our case, the substantial rights to work and social security, rights of conventional and constitutional origin, and legal development. Consequently, trying to preserve the coherence of the legal system, the work process must be informal, quick and effective in order to achieve its purpose, but unfortunately this is not the case, being the formal work process relatively slow and ineffective. Hence, it is in our interest to make a diagnosis of the work process by identifying the possible causes of the indicated problems and proposing solutions. Using mainly the hermeneutic method and starting from the guarantees of the principle of effective jurisdictional protection, we will analyze some points of interest to achieve that our work process is informal, fast and effective. The main conclusion is that it is not, but we try to propose some solutions.
