Sumario: Colombian society, since the beginning of the armed conflict, has been affected by the innumerable violations of Human Rights. The situation of insecurity experienced in the country caused fear in the entire Colombian population, this has been lived for a long period of time, which has revealed the urgent need for ending the conflict and the compensation of violated rights. This article corresponds to the analysis of the Chicago Principles implementation as important basis of transitional justice inside the agreements currently made between the national government and the FARC-EP to start peace
