El mayor peligro que este modo de revelado tecnológico representa para el hombre es que cualquier otra forma de revelado sea expulsada, y el hombre pierda relación con su esencia des-ocultadora de mundos. Pero por otra parte, Hölderlin poéticamente lo anuncia: allí donde está el peligro crece el poder salvador. Esto significa para Heidegger que en el seno de la técnica también crece el poder salvador. Desentrañar esta paradoja nos demanda una confrontación decisiva con la técnica en la región del arte. En el presente escrito desarrollaremos una interpretación de esta enigmática propuesta heideggeriana. For Heidegger, the essence of modern technology is a mode of revealing the Being; na- mely, a way to emerge from concealment that has the character of summoning Nature in the sense of “provocation”. The greatest danger this technological mode of revelation represents for man is that any other mode of revelation might be expelled and man could lose the relationship with his de-con- cealing essence of worlds. However, as Hölderlin poetically says: but where the danger is, grows the saving power. For Heidegger, this means the saving power also grows within the bosom of technology. Unraveling this paradox necessitates a decisive showdown with technology in the field of art.
