| Sumario: | Restorative justice is a new trend in the field of Victimology. Understood as a process or an outcome where the parties involved in a conflict caused by committing a crime, trying to solve collectively resolve the consequences of crime and its implications for the future. Necessarily involved in this process: victims, offenders, the community with or without the aid of a neutral third party who seek the consensus of the party seeking a form of legal vertical not horizontal own retributive justice, not imposed but agreed upon by the parties in cases authorized by the legislature.
