The subject was studied in the light of Constructivism, having as main author Alexander Wendt who analyzed the structure of the State to arrive at a comparative approach with the current Islamic State. Both the established political theory and the determined space and time sought to understand that the decisions taken in Iraq and Syria gave rise to the Islamic State and how elements of constructivism were used to carry out foreign policy actions by Russia and the United States, until the total struggle against the Islamic State in the region. 2018-04-26T18:03:57Z 2019-12-26T23:03:41Z 2018-04-26T18:03:57Z 2019-12-26T23:03:41Z 2018-02-22 info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis Tesis de maestría info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis Text info:eu-repo/semantics/acceptedVersion http://hdl.handle.net/10654/17476 spa spa Derechos Reservados - Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, 2018 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.5/co/ info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess Atribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas pdf application/pdf application/pdf Calle 100 Universidad Militar Nueva Granada Facultad de Relaciones Internacionales, Estrategia y Seguridad Maestría en Relaciones y Negocios Internacionales AbuAl-Rashtah, S.
