The methodology incorporates elements from social and legal sciences in order to analyze the results of land titling programmes in terms of the campesinos' legal and social relationship with their land. This methodology focuses on evaluating whether land titling programs produced a change in the beneficiaries' land rights. Consequently, the proposed analysis helps to understand how legal regulations affect and transform social relationships. © 2018 The Author(s). 2018 2020-05-26T00:01:34Z info:eu-repo/semantics/article info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersion 22110046 22112596 https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/23384 https://doi.org/10.5334/tilr.3 eng info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess application/pdf Ubiquity Press instname:Universidad del Rosario |
