For these reasons the present business plan is created, called El Molino, in order to respond to all the needs of tourists visiting this area, offering them the best infrastructure in the region, enabled with recreational parks, large parking spaces and those who can take a lunch in the middle of the road to their final destination. In addition to this, El Molino restaurant will have qualified human capital for customer service and preparation of dishes, which have experience in the food and beverage sector. El Molino will also have as an attraction the type of food it will offer, since it will be typical of the region and grilled meats. The prices that will be managed are affordable for families of strata 3, 4, 5 and 6 that look for comfort and good food. La presente idea de negocio surge como respuesta a la alta demanda del producto gastronómico de Barbosa, Santander, puesto que, en este municipio no son muchas las opciones de restaurantes para turistas que lleguen a la zona en busca de un lugar cómodo, agradable y que ofrezca un servicio y productos de calidad para comer en familia. Por estas razones se crea el presente plan de negocios, denominado El Molino, con el fin de responder a todas las necesidades de los turistas que visitan esta zona, ofreciéndoles ta mejor infraestructura de la región, habilitada con parques recreativos, amplios parqueaderos y espacios en los que pueden tomar un almuerzo en medio del camino a su destino final. Además de esto, el restaurante El Molino contará con capital humano calificado para la atención al cliente y elaboración de platos, los cuales tienen experiencia en el sector de alimentos y bebidas. El Molino también tendrá como atractivo el tipo de comida que ofrecerá, ya que esta será típica de la región y carnes a la parrilla. los precios que se manejarán son asequibles para familias de estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6 que busquen comodidad y buena comida.
