Here is a pedagogical experience that shows how it can be possible to involve the context to turn it into the driving force of the school environment; this proposal was developed in a rural location in the municipality of Cucunubá, department of Cundinamarca, some 88 kilometers from the capital Bogotá. Work that arises from the need to promote coherent pedagogical practices and improve test results Knowing, therefore was raised as an objective, strengthen the understanding of statements from a work focused on the analysis and understanding of tables and graphs, taking as work reference the economic activities of the path, process that was carried out with a group of five fifth grade students during the months of August to November of the year 2017. Romper los paradigmas frente a los procesos metodológicos resulta ser un reto para los docentes, que en nuestra diaria labor nos enfrentamos a las exigencias de innovar para motivar a nuestros estudiantes y por lo tanto transformar nuestras prácticas de aula en escenarios de aprendizaje, es por esta razón que acá se presenta una experiencia pedagógica en la cual se muestra como puede ser posible involucrar el contexto para convertirlo en el eje dinamizador del ámbito escolar, esta propuesta se desarrolló en una sede rural del municipio de Cucunubá, departamento de Cundinamarca, a unos 88 kilómetros de la capital Bogotá. Trabajo que nace de la necesidad de propiciar prácticas pedagógicas coherentes y de mejorar resultados en pruebas Saber, por lo tanto, se planteó como objetivo, fortalecer la comprensión de enunciados a partir de un trabajo enfocado en el análisis y comprensión de tablas y gráficas, tomando como referente de trabajo las actividades económicas de la vereda, proceso que se llevó a cabo con un grupo de cinco estudiantes de grado quinto durante los meses de agosto a noviembre del año 2017.
